To make this event accessible to our international friends, we are offering a special package for attendees traveling from the United States. The total cost for those departing from the US is $6,200, which includes flight, feeding, accommodation, transportation, and security. This amount can be paid in installments of 3, 5 or 10 payments. Additionally, the cost for visa procurement is $320 (for USA citizens), which is to be paid separately. All payments must be completed before Dec 15th, 2025. 

For those departing from other airports in the USA, the total cost remains the same ($6,200).

Also note that the visa fee is $320.

The accommodation is at Lagos Marriott Hotel, Ikeja. There will be two meals per day.

There will also be VIP Level security for all guests, and proper transportation. This is provided by our partners, Smooth Luxury Logistics.

Arrival at Nigeria: June 26th, 2026

– Return Date to the USA: June 29th, 2026 

Payment Terms:

– If you fail to complete the payment before the deadline, you will be refunded, but a management fee of 25% will be charged.

Travel Documents:

– Please ensure you have a valid passport by May, 2026.

Note: Kindly keep or save payment evidence (receipt or invoice) for future reference, especially when paying in instalments. Your payment information and your data is secure.

Also note that will be required to snap a photo of yourself at the point of departure from the US, clearly showing your current outfit so as to be easily identified by the immigrations officials on arrival at the airport in Nigeria. This helps speed up the check-in process, and reduce unnecessary delays. For the luggage, a weight limit of 23kg (50lbs) applies to each individual. This includes the carry-on suitcase, book bag and any other bag.
