The 40th Annual BEYA STEM DTX™ Conference, hosted by Career Communications Group, returns February 12–14, 2026, at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Widely recognized as one of the nation’s largest gatherings of Black STEM talent, BEYA continues its four-decade legacy of transforming futures, strengthening engineering pipelines, and opening doors for students pursuing STEM careers.
This year, BEYA will again deliver both in-person and Digital Twin Experience (DTX) participation, giving students and professionals nationwide the flexibility to engage fully in workshops, networking, seminars, and hiring events.
