To make this event accessible to our international friends, we are offering a special package for attendees traveling from the United States. The total cost for those departing from Washington Baltimore International Airport is $6,100, which includes flight, feeding, transportation, and security. This amount can be paid in three installments. Additionally, the cost for visa procurement is $160 (for USA citizens), which is to be paid separately. All payments must be completed before April 1, 2025. 

For those departing from other locations, the total price will be determined by the cost of the flight from your point of departure. Below are estimated costs for round-trip flights from some major U.S. airports:

– If you fail to complete the payment before the deadline, you will be refunded, but a management fee of 25% will be charged.
